3. Definitions

Services refers to consulting sessions, workshops, and seminars delivered by EconFlow.
Info Products refers to digital materials, including but not limited to reports, guides, and templates.
Goods refers to physical items sold through our platform.

4. Purchase and Delivery

All purchases are subject to availability. Delivery timelines vary by product type and will be communicated at the time of purchase.

5. Refund Policy

At EconFlow we strive to ensure satisfaction. The following rules apply:

5.1 Services

Bookings may be transferred to another session free of charge if requested at least 14 days before the scheduled date. Requests made less than 14 days prior may incur an administrative fee. One-on-one consulting sessions are non-refundable after delivery, due to pre-allocation of time and resources.

5.2 Info Products

Purchasers of digital materials may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if they have not accessed more than 20% of the content. To request a refund, please contact us. Refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original method of payment.

5.3 Goods

If a physical item arrives defective or damaged, notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange a full refund or replacement at no extra charge. For all other returns, items must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the error is ours. Once received, refunds are issued within 10 business days to the original method of payment.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms for legal, technical, or operational reasons. Continued use of our offerings constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Singapore.
